Provide valid government-issued identification at the time of delivery. Agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding hemp products. 3. Products and Services HighWay delivers federally compliant hemp products containing less than 0.3% THC, in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill and Texas state law. We make no claims regarding the health benefits or legality of products outside of Texas or under differing regulations. 4. Order Placement and Delivery All orders must be placed via our approved platform (website, app, or phone). Deliveries are available only within the designated San Antonio, Texas service area. Customers must be present at the delivery location to receive and verify their order. Any unclaimed orders or failed delivery attempts may incur additional fees. 5. Payment and Refund Policy Payments must be made via approved methods (e.g., credit/debit cards, cash). All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will only be granted for defective or incorrect products, subject to approval by our team. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. 6. Compliance with Laws You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our products complies with all applicable laws. HighWay is not liable for any misuse of products or failure to comply with legal requirements by customers. 7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, HighWay is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of our products or services. 8. We do not ship THCa products to the following states where THCa is restricted or illegal: Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Washington We do not ship Delta-8 products to the following states where Delta-8 is restricted or illegal: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia. All products are Federal Farm Bill Compliant and contain less than 0.3% THC. THE FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION HAS NOT EVALUATED THESE STATEMENTS.
